Dear Sir/Madam;
It is with great delight that I am seeking to secure a teaching position in your school. Believing that education is the most important stage in the learning growth of an individual, I wish to render my service in your reputable institution to fulfill my goal to be an effective classroom manager and to share my Christian Values to my pupils and students. I am a 29 year old English teacher and active church worker. I am creative, innovative, flexible, resourceful, adaptable, a team player and have a teachable heart. Above all, I am committed to my profession.
With my classroom management and communication skills, I believe that I can contribute to the pupils and students important knowledge that they need for their growth and through motivating and leading them that they too can be a successful one.
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education major in English last March 2013 and served as a faculty member of MT MATUTUM CHRISTIAN SCHOOL for almost 8 years. I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers year after my graduation. I also have my TOFL certificate with me which I earned last May 2019. Furthermore, I also have my TESOL certificate which I just finished last month and I am currently taking up my Master's degree in Management major in Educational Management at Philippine Christian University.
Knowing that education is a vital stage for young learners, I hope to encourage my future pupils to improve their inner strengths and abilities while discovering their other potentials. I want to provide a stimulating learning environment that motivates the young to trust their own stand while respecting others.
Due to my previous teaching experiences, I have discovered that the method of facilitating instead of dictating is the best teaching style. I have realized that pupils learn best when you trust them to learn by themselves while providing the guidance they need. With this realization, I would like to devote my time guiding and teaching more pupils in the future. I know I am in the career path and I am sure that this passion will never cease. Through teaching, I hope to instill a love of learning and a longing for continuous learning within each pupil.
